Join us for a special webinar with guest Professor Lumumba Seegars of the Organizational Behavior Unit at Harvard Business School. Professor Seegars will share his career story which led him to his current role as a faculty member at HBS. He will also share his expertise on digital spaces for building connections for minority communities, the positives and challenges of Employee Resource Groups, and how to use leadership skills to build a more inclusive work environment. Professor Seegars earned an A.B. in Social Studies and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. Prior to graduate school, he worked as a high school math and special education teacher, actor and singer, field organizer for a presidential campaign, and minister.
