Self-care means taking an active role in protecting your own well-being and happiness, especially during stressful times.
In this workshop, we’ll apply that concept to your academic experience. We’ll review the warning signs of burnout and identify behaviors and thoughts that can get in the way of self-care. We will identify strategies you can use in the moment to regroup and renew and help you develop a self-care plan. The goal is for you to leave feeling equipped to protect your well-being, so you have the energy you need to fully engage in your courses.
