This webinar outlines the main differences between the ALM Liberal Arts thesis and the Capstone, for Liberal Arts degree programs which offer students a choice.
This session is intended to help Liberal Arts ALM students make an informed decision between the Thesis and Capstone track options. Many students are unsure how these two options differ, and they may not be certain how to make a choice regarding this final element of their ALM degree. Dr. Stephen Shoemaker (Director of Liberal Arts in the ALM program) will walk participants through the various differences between these two tracks.
He has guided many thesis projects over the past 5 years as a Research Advisor in the Humanities, and he now oversees the various Liberal Arts Capstone offerings, as well as personally teaching a Capstone sequence for the past 2 years.
