Joanna currently guides learning strategy at Facebook in Global Operations. Before starting her new position at Facebook in July 2020, Jo worked as a Human Capital Executive at Accenture in Ireland. Jo has worked globally – from Europe and the USA to the UAE and Australia, predominantly in large-scale organizational learning, change and culture. Jo is also a positive psychology coach, a director at the board of the Irish Council of Psychotherapy and an adjunct management lecturer.
