Prior to this, Orly was the US Head of Diversity and Inclusion at HSBC in New York. Before working at HSBC Orly worked as Diversity Specialist (Consultant) in the Office of Civil Rights & Inclusion at New York Power Authority and at Credit Suisse as a Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager.
