Jason Silverstein is the Co-Director of the Master of Science in Media, Medicine, and Health program at Harvard Medical School, where he is also a Lecturer and the Writer-in-Residence in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine. Jason is also the Associate Director of the Media and Medicine certificate program at Harvard Medical School.

In addition to his teaching, Jason is a regular contributor to Men’s Health, writing about health and all things coronavirus. He has also written for VICE, GQ, The Atlantic, The New Republic, The New York Times, The Guardian, Slate, Playboy, and The Nation. We sat down with Jason to talk about the real-life coronavirus interventions he teaches to his Harvard Extension and Harvard Summer School students, and we also learned what Faculty Aide students have contributed to his research in recent semesters.
