Manage Yourself to Lead Others
Margaret Andrews is a seasoned academic leader, speaker, and instructor with over thirty years of professional experience. She teaches courses including Managing Yourself and Leading Others, Understanding Organizational Culture, and Unlocking Creativity at Harvard Extension School.
Earlier this fall, Hachette published Manage Yourself to Lead Others: Why Great Leadership Begins with Self-Understanding, a new book Margaret has written. It is a practical, personal guide to harnessing the power of self-understanding to become a more effective leader.
